Why are some areas closed?

   There are two reasons why some areas are closed in the site.

1) In common with many sailing and social sites open posting is limited to stop unpleasant, unsavory, or downright malicious posting. Firstly, to protect the Tasar members and those interested in being a Tasar association member from being exposed to this type of unpleasantness and secondly to prevent action being taken against us by our ISP or others.

2) To provide value to paid up members.

There is one open area this one which I manage closely to remove any postings that are not acceptable.
